Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, that's possible. If you're not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all parts and packaging, exactly as you received them.
- Damage due to incorrect use is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
We will process a return within 7 business days of receipt, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Since return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, we cannot create return labels for you. In the event of a defect or fault immediately upon receipt, we will send you a new product free of charge.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, you must do the following to start the return process:
- Send an email to: info@lifestyleinc.nl
- Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer's address
We will contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return package directly back to the sender! You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.
Because we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has taken place, making refunds upon receipt of the goods impossible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, 'Lifestyle Inc', of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail).
The cancellation period is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The buyer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Return on the way
Because our goods are shipped from various warehouses worldwide, longer transit times may occur. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance and submit your cancellation.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping label as confirmation.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your revocation and return of the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.
