I just placed an order, when will it ship?

The delivery time of your order is as follows:

• Processing time: 24 hours

• Delivery time: 3 to 10 working days

During peak season and special promotions, delivery may take a little longer.

🔎 Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Didn't receive it, or is the number not working? Don't worry, just contact us and we'll fix it right away.

We ship orders only on business days (Monday through Friday). If you place your order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will usually ship on Monday or Tuesday, depending on processing time.

🚚 Unexpected delays

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. Is your package taking too long? Please contact us—we're happy to help and will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
